~ Zephyr Violetta CLUB ~
Introducing, for the very first time, a club for children, mothers and families alike - ZEPHYR VIOLETTA CLUB! Organized by Babyz & Kidz's founder and president, ZEPHYR VIOLETTA CLUB offers a range of wonderful benefits to each participating household/family. Participation in the group is “free” and will require each household/family (i.e. mother, father) to apply, at which point he/she will receive a packet with all the details of your membership benefits.
The name ZEPHYR VIOLETTA, translated as “gentle wind of violet”, came about as I thought on how refreshing such a group would be to my own family, hence a “refreshing breeze/wind” as well as the color violet being one of our primary store colors. The “etta” came about as I pondered the beauty of my own mom’s Italian pronunciation of the word “violet”…vi-o-letta! I wanted a name which would complement the essence of our mission statement, and the name ZEPHYR VIOLETTA captured my heart's sentiments...
How do I sign up to become a participating household/family?
Below, you will find our 4 Step Sign-Me-Up Process to join ZEPHYR VIOLETTA CLUB.
1) Click on registration form and print it out, pick up a form at our store (located at 172 Woodport Rd., Suite B, Sparta, N.J.), or call us toll-free at 1.866.268.2694, and one of our staff members will send or email you a copy of the form.
2) Complete your registration form in its entirety and return your application to our store or email it back to us at sales@bkdynamics.com. It is important that each applicant provide us all the requested information, because this will expedite the completion of the application process described herein. Also, kindly place your full name at the top of the form, as this will assist us in sorting the incoming forms.
3) Once received and reviewed by our management team, the applicant will receive a confirmation notice from our store on the status of the application. There are currently (3) status notices – APPROVED, DENIED, AWAITING FURTHER INFORMATION. Note: In order to maintain the privacy of our applicants and their respective family members alike each applicant will be given the appropriate notice based on the “exact” information supplied to us. It is important that each applicant provide us all the pertinent information as this will expedite the completion of the application process.
4) When “approved”, the applicant will receive a Welcome Packet which will contain detailed information on one’s membership benefits. Included in the packet will be a laminated membership card (equivalent in size to a major credit card). The card will contain the applicant’s unique membership number as well as the related commencement date. Such number should not be shared with any other party, as it is encoded based on the applicant’s personal information (i.e. each membership number will be linked to the member’s home address). A member’s number may NOT be transferred to another individual under any circumstance, including the temporary use of one’s unique card number to complete another individual’s purchase/transaction via our online store or at our Rockaway storefront. Such preserves the rights of each ”member" according to our Our Privacy Policy.
